2011年を終えて
2011年も酒茶房如意をご愛顧頂きまして
本当にありがとうございます！
2003年オープンの当店、今年で８周年を迎え9年目でしたが
2011年で９周年の10年目に突入です！
来年もスタッフと共に、お客様にとって楽しいお店になる様に頑張ります！
さて、2011年を終えて、、、
の前に今年は昨日の30日で営業を終えましたが…
じつは本日の31日は、まだ仕事をしています。
2日の営業に備えて厨房で仕込みをしたり、
スタッフが不足で出来なかった年賀状を書いたり、
家庭の仕事をしたり、ゆっくり休めない一日となっております。
例年と比べるととっても余裕のない１年とでも申しましょうか。
立てた目標や、ビジョンを達成出来なかったり、
現状を維持することで精一杯だった１年となってしまいました。
言い訳のようになってしまいますが、
スタッフが一人退社して、スタッフ一人一人の仕事が増えたこと、
また、僕にとっては日々の営業に精一杯であったことが
一つの原因ですが、来年はそんな状態でも時間を作り
営業以外の「必要」で「重要」な仕事もしなければ！！と考えております。
また、災害に苦しめられたのも事実です。
1、2月の大雪。3月の大震災。
他には大雨、台風…。
お店にご来店するお客様の数はもちろん、
食材の価格や仕入れにも大きな影響がありました。
オープンしてこんな年は初めてだったなあと、
きっと未来に過去を振り返った時に、
2011年は「動乱の1年」と思い出すことでしょう。
しかし、大変な１年であったからこそ
来年はもっと！と言う気持ちもありますし、
ピンチはチャンスの精神で精進するつもりです。
上り下がりのない平坦な路がないのを実感した今年だからこそ、
来年は「昇竜」！の精神です。
できれば、日本全体、世界全体が良い１年になるように願い
微力ながら酒田の経済にも貢献し、
スタッフと共に幸せな毎日を送りたいと願います。
（たくさんの仕事があって、たくさんのお客様が来店！）
